Shape Magazine does little bio’s on people who loose weight, one woman said her best motivation was to make a list of ten reasons she wanted to loose weight. when she lost her motivation she pulled out the list. her is my list:
- I want to feel better about myself
- I want to feel better in general, healthy diet is proved to do this
- I want to not be ashamed to wear my bathing suit
- I want to be able to run without wanting to die
- I want to be healthy when i get pregnant, so i can have a healthy baby
- I want to have a healthy family and not become an overweight statistic
- Someday I want to be a Park Ranger, or work for NPS and being healthy and able to hike/walk long distances would be beneficial
- I want to prove to myself that i can do it
- I want to get my libido back
- I want to have made great strides toward my goal by the time Paul leaves so i am not tempted to give it all up and live off BK and potato chips.
